ComOps announces half year result


Sydney based ASX listed IT company ComOps announced a stellar half year result, with Net Profit Before Tax up 85.7% on the comparable half year.

This result is derived from a 20% increase in revenue, and also delivers a 46.4% improvement in NPAT, delivering the best half year result that the company has delivered in 5 years.

All performance measures within ComOps business have improved in the period when compared to the same period last year, with particular growth in professional services and support.

This result comes on top of ComOps announced strategy of growth by acquisition. Due diligence is being finalised on the first intended acquisition, which has been announced to the market.

This growth by acquisition strategy will increase ComOps size, scale and profitability, and the
Company intends to raise $7.5m by way of placement to fund an initial round of acquisitions of profitable IT companies with strong growth potential.

According to ComOps, they are delighted with the half year result and excited by the recently announced growth by acquisition strategy which will further enhance the existing ComOps business.
